Built for small product teams

Your product shipped.
Tell your customers.

Changelog turns merged GitHub pull requests into release-ready product updates. Your team reviews the story, publishes in minutes, and never reconstructs a release from memory again.

From merge to message

A release workflow your team will actually keep up with.

01

Connect one repository

Install the GitHub App and choose the repo you want Changelog to watch.

02

Let the signal surface

Merged pull requests are classified and rewritten as clear, customer-facing drafts.

03

Review, edit, publish

Your team stays in control. Approve the story, publish it, and share a hosted changelog or RSS feed.

Why it works

The blank page disappears. Your judgment doesn't.

Most changelog tools wait for someone to remember what shipped. Changelog starts from the work itself, filters the noise, and puts a useful first draft in front of the person who knows the customer.

Actual shipping context

Titles, descriptions, labels, changed files, and linked work inform each draft.

Human-controlled publishing

Nothing reaches customers until your team edits and approves it.

Honest usage model

Review as much as you need. Your allowance changes only when you publish.

Questions

The practical details.

Will Changelog publish without me?+

No. Drafts always land in a review queue. A person on your team edits, approves, and publishes each update.

What happens to internal PRs?+

The classifier separates customer-facing work from refactors, configuration, and operational changes. Low-confidence items are clearly flagged for review.

What counts toward my plan?+

Only a published release counts. Ingesting pull requests, reviewing drafts, editing, and rejecting items do not use your monthly release allowance.

Can I cancel?+

Yes. Billing is month-to-month and managed through Stripe. You can cancel from your workspace billing portal.

Make the next release the easy one.

Connect GitHub today. When your next customer-facing PR merges, the first draft will already be waiting.
